Belmont Village Senior Living, a fully integrated developer, owner and operator of high end seniors housing communities in the U.S. and Mexico, officially broke ground on its first built-to-purpose Orange County community with a special ceremony on July 13 with remarks by Belmont Village Founder and CEO Patricia Will and Aliso Viejo Mayor Dave Harrington.
The project, located at 300 Freedom Lane, will be approximately 124,000 square-foot Mediterranean style building with 148 private apartments for Assisted Living and Memory Care, along with expansive common areas and signature amenities. Project architect is Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh and landscape design is by Ridge Landscape Architects. W.E. O’Neil is contractor for the three-story senior living community, projected to open fall of 2018.
Founded in 1997, Belmont Village Senior Living continues to operate every community that it has built. This unique, hands-on perspective is what Patricia Will believes is the secret to the company’s success. “Everything we do has an underlying therapeutic goal to support our residents’ health and wellness so that they can continue to enjoy engaging, purposeful lives,” said Will. “It starts from the ground up – How we build and license our communities, the research that goes into our programs, how we staff and train – it’s all part of the same goal and we give thought to every detail.”
In addition to the Aliso Viejo site, Belmont Village currently has five projects under construction in California, Chicago, Florida and Texas. Please visit www.belmontvillage.com for more information.
