Tribeca a Destination Salon in Aliso Viejo just celebrated its third year of operation. Tim and Treeny Telles are the proud owners of Tribeca.

What is Tribeca's secret to success? "Making our clients our number one priority," says Tim. "Starting from the first step into our salon our guests are treated like royalty."

Tim comes from a family of hairdressers. His father was a barber for 47 years. Tim's four brothers all cut hair along with Treeny his wife and one of their daughters Lacy cuts hair in San Francisco.

Customer service is what sets Tribeca apart from other Salons. Three salons closed last year that were two minutes from Tribeca. Tim and Treeny are behind the chairs owner operators.

"I believe that you must be in the Salon to be a success," says Tim.

Tribeca has been nominated 3 years in a row as one of "Orange County's Best Salon."

Tribeca is a big fan of the Village of Hope Homeless Shelter in Tustin. www.rescuemission.org. The Shelter has a 4-chair salon to service the 200 men, women and children. "I love going to The Village of Hope. You make people feel good about themselves" says Tim. "You feel good about yourself." Time to give back -- Tribeca is also looking for hairstylists to volunteer one day a month at The Salon. Contact tim@tribecahairsalon.com for more info.
