Drop-off Summer Day Camp

August 2nd-6th 11:00am-2:00pm

Monday: Speech on the Beach

Social language, beach games, boogie boarding & surfing lessons with ABA instructors.

Tuesday: Back to School Prep Day
Fine and gross motor, cognitive and language, transitions, arts and crafts

Wednesday: Partyopolis and pretend play
Kids will enjoy a social outing, pretend play and games

Thursday: Gymnastics and day at the park
Gymnastics class, picnic, track and field and water play

Friday: Music and Sensory play
Explore instruments; learn songs from the Faces CD, dance and sensory activities

Ages 3 to 5
Certified Teachers

 Initial assessment completed by a licensed SLP
 Individualized goals established, progress reports provided
 Credentialed, experienced teachers, including Behavior/Speech support
 School readiness skills
o Social language/ pragmatics
o Receptive/ expressive language skills
o Attention, compliance
o Fine/ gross motor
o Academics
 Additional services available Speech, ABA, OT and PT for additional cost
 Student to teacher ratio of 4:1

CHAT CLUBS

FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGE 3 AND UP!
• Practice communicating with same age mates
• 2-3 kids in each “small club”
• Small clubs join “big clubs” (4-5 kids) when ready
• Typical peer models available to join in
• $25 per 30 minute session

Working on:
• Reciprocal communication
• Asking and answering questions
• Interpreting meaning of facial expressions and gestures
• Topic maintenance
