This fun-filled family event boasts old-fashioned games and mechanical rides, food and local entertainment along with relics of Aliso Viejo’s past.
The fair features a petting zoo, children’s carousel, rock-climbing wall, inflatables, bounce houses, “Tubes-of-Fun,” a derby car building and racing experience, interactive historical exhibit, antique machine displays and more.
Fair-goers will enjoy a cornucopia of youth entertainment including performances by indie rock singer Jared Gulland; jazz-rock band Imagine That (made up of 8th graders); vocalist and ukulele player Olivia Ventura; the Pacific Coast Children’s Choir; and 11-year-old Ava Domini, a vocalist and guitar player singing the National Anthem.
The fair culminates with an exciting performance from 6 to 8 p.m. by the popular rockabilly band The Altar Billies.
Entry to Founder’s Day Fair is free with nominal fees for food and some activities.
