| Following the success of the October Healthy Communication Workshop, the Aliso Viejo Family Resource Center and Miracles For Families will host a 5-part series to inspire healthy relationships and communication among folks in the community. The free workshops will take place on Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 13 through Dec. 11 at the city’s Family Resource Center located at 24671 Via Iglesia. The series is designed to help individuals, parents, couples and youth to strengthen their relationships while reducing their stress at home and work. Topics will include the learned happiness; the secret of listening; art of communication; fighting fair; getting the respect you deserve; expressing feelings and emotions; healing and forgiveness; and using anger constructively. The workshops will provide people with relationship education tools and will help men, women and youth to recognize the differences between unhealthy and healthy communication at home. To register, e-mail Hope@MiraclesForFamilies.org or call 949-813-3584. Space is limited, so early registration is suggested. |
