DANA POINT, CA, July 5, 2012 – Tickets are on sale now for the Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle, which benefits the Ocean Institute and Irvine Public Schools Foundation among other eligible non-profits. Ticket buyers will have the chance to win a beautiful Laguna Beach home or the alternate prize of $1 million in cash.
The Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle is the most successful home raffle in Sothern California, awarding a home or $1 million cash every year from 2005-2011. “We’re proud to have awarded $8 million in prizes since 2005,” commented Susan Goggin. whose agency GCA developed the raffle. Last year’s winner, Aytekin Timur of Laguna Beach elected to take the Grand Prize of $1 million cash over the home.
Tickets are $150 and only 22,000 tickets will be sold. In addition to the Grand Prize, there will be over 250 prizes awarded. Deadline to enter the first Early Bird drawing is midnight Thursday, August 16. Early Bird ticket buyers are provided additional chances to win extra prizes while still qualifying for the Grand Prize drawing held this fall at the Ocean Institute. Bonus multi-ticket drawings will also be held for those who purchase more than one ticket with luxury prizes to be awarded, including 2 Prius hybrids, dream vacations near (Montage Laguna) and far (Paris, Australia) South Coast Plaza shopping sprees and lots of cash.

“The home raffle has produced hundreds of happy winners in the past seven years, and has raised crucial funding that benefits the more than 100,000 school children whom the Ocean Institute serves every year,” remarked Goggin.
