Dear Parents,
Thank you to our P.E. Department, under the direction of Mr. Binley, for hosting our 10th Annual DJAMS Olympics. Congratulations to all of our athletes who competed. This tradition continues to be a huge success.
CHORAL SPRING CONCERT
DJAMS Choral Spring Concert is Monday, June 7, at 6:30 p.m. in the MPR. Family and friends are welcome.
8TH GRADE DANCE
The 8th Grade Dance is finally here. The big event is on Thursday, June 10, from 6-8pm. Students, be sure to get your permission slips turned in by Wednesday the 9th, in the quad. If you have any questions or concerns regarding dress code, please see Mrs. Vollebregt ASAP.
8TH GRADE AWARDS NIGHT
We will be acknowledging DJAMS Most Outstanding Students on Wednesday, June 16, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Quad. This is an invite-only event.
8th GRADE WILD RIVERS TRIP
The 8th Grade Wild Rivers Trip is Tuesday, June 22. Admission and bussing is paid for by ASB. Permission slips must be returned to homeroom teachers by Friday, June 18. Busses will depart campus at 9 a.m. and return approximately 5 p.m.
RECYCLE WEDNESDAYS
Our next recycle Wednesday is June 9.
MEDICATIONS IN THE HEALTH OFFICE
If your child has been assisted with taking medications in the Health Office during the past year, please remember to come in and pick up any medication by the last day of school. Legally we are not able to hand remaining medication over to a minor, so we appreciate your taking the time to come in yourself. Per district policy, any remaining medications that are not picked up by June 23 will be discarded.

Two week lessons: M/W/F or M –F
Session I: June 28– July 9 Session II: July 12 – July 23 Session III: July 26 – Aug. 6
Three week lessons: Tues. /Thurs.
Session I: June 29 – July 15 Session II: July 20 – Aug. 5
*All lessons will be 20 minutes in length and are offered from 10 am – 12pm and 4pm to 6pm
