The Anaheim Performing Arts Center Foundation (APACF) (http://www.apacf.org) is proud to announce its second annual spring fundraiser luncheon.
The luncheon will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the home and gardens of Dr. Israel and Rosalba Chambi in Anaheim Hills on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. The afternoon lunch is being graciously provided by James and Jael Tanti and the entertainment presented will be the Scintillating Stylings, Songs and Stories of René Margary.
Margary is an accomplished lyricist, actress, writer, director, playwright and producer. She began her professional career in New York City at six years of age, and there has been no stopping her since. Margary has written seventeen full-length plays, ten that have been successfully produced and well received – including the most recent powerful productions of “The Power of Love: How to Love A Black Man” and “How To Love A Black Woman.”
The luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. on March 13, 2013. Tickets are $65.00 per person and are available by contacting Pam Ormiston with the Anaheim Performing Arts Center Foundation at 714-554-2711.
APACF’s major fundraiser, The Great Gatsby Weekend – an extraordinary weekend of food, festivities and shopping – will be held Saturday and Sunday, August 24 & 25, 2013, at Dr. Howard & Linda Knohl’s Fox Pointe Manor in Anaheim Hills.
