Bonnie Gillespie

Bonnie Gillespie is an author, producer, and casting director. She is a well respected woman in the industry. Bonnie, owner of Cricket Feet Casting, specializes in casting SAG indie feature films. She is co-founder and co-host of Hollywood Happy Hour. Her weekly column, “The Actors Voice,” is available at Showfax.com. Bonnie Gillespie has been named a Top Film Casting Director in Back Stage West’s “Best of Los Angeles” Issue; was interviewed on “BBC Breakfast,” UTV’s “Gerry Kelly Goes to Hollywood,” and the Judy Kerr Internet series for Acting Is Everything; and hosted “Inside Casting” and “The Reel Deal” for Virtual Channel Network–Breakdown Services and The Hollywood Reporter’s new website for industry insiders. Bonnie lives in Santa Monica with her husband, actor Keith Johnson. We are very fortunate to have Bonnie Gillespie come to the Performer’s Academy to do our casting director’s workshop on June 13, Sunday from 1-4.
