The Alicia Parkway Arterial Pavement Rehabilitation Project between Highlands Avenue and Pacific Park Drive is anticipated to be completed in March 2020.
UPDATE: On Monday, January 27, All American Asphalt will continue asphalt improvements on southbound Alicia Parkway, starting south of the Aliso Creek Road intersection and continuing towards Highlands Avenue. Grinding of the roadway will occur on Monday, January 27 and Tuesday, January 28. Paving of the roadway will be on Wednesday, January 29, Thursday, January 30, and Friday, January 31. To safely conduct the asphalt improvements, the contractor will be intermittently closing two lanes of traffic from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please remember to drive slowly and carefully through the construction zone. All asphalt related improvements are contingent on no unforeseen and weather delays. During this time period, the City of Aliso Viejo will continue pavement rehabilitation work along their portion of Alicia Parkway.
