
Shanne Ho, Senior Director of Property Management at Seabreeze ManagementCompany, based in Aliso Viejo, has been named to the 2013 Board of Directorsof the Community Association Institute, Orange County Regional Chapter(CAI-OCRC). Ho is an 18-year veteran of the community association managementfield and has been an active member in the CAI-OCRC for the past 16 years.
Seabreeze Management Company is a full-service community associationmanagement firm in Orange County, representing more than 100 associationswith 28,000 properties from Los Angeles to San Diego.
As a strong advocate of education, Ho assisted with the development programfor CAI-OCRC Board Members and community managers and has served on theEducation Committee since 2000. She also is a faculty member for thecommunity leadership training program and enjoys volunteering her time as aguest speaker for community association management-related topics.
Ho, a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, will serve a three-year termbeginning Jan. 1, 2013.
The Orange County Regional Chapter of Community Associations Institute(CAI-OCRC) serves the educational, business and networking needs ofcommunity associations in the Orange County area of California. Membersinclude condominium associations, cooperatives and homeowner associations aswell as those who provide services and products to community associations.The Orange County Regional Chapter has more than 1,400 members includingnearly 600 businesses, and represents thousands of households. The chapteris one of nearly 60 Community Associations Institute chapters in the nation.
