Angelitos de Oro, a women’s auxiliary fundraising group supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, presented the organization with a check for $270,000, the proceeds from the previous year’s fundraising efforts, at the Bayside Restaurant in Newport Beach on January 25. Keith Rhodes, the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, thanked the women for their fundraising efforts and noted that it played an important role in helping the organization continue to grow. Angelitos has raised over $4 million since its founding 50 years ago, and supports over 1,200 active matches.
