ANHS PTSA IS SEEKING EXECUTIVE BOARD AND COMMITTEE LEADERS
Dear AVMS 8th Grade Parents,
My name is Johanne Padilla and I am the Parliamentarian for the ANHS PTSA. We here at the ANHS PTSA are so excited to meet you and your incoming freshman later this summer at registration. A great way to become involved and meet ANHS administration and staff is to be a member and volunteer with the ANHS PTSA. I would now like to ask you to consider volunteering for a very important task. I am currently seeking nominees for positions on our executive board for the 2013-2014 school year. Our school principal, Mr. Carter has said at numerous meetings that the ANHS PTSA is the most important and critical parent group on campus. Won’t you consider being a part of this executive board which has a direct impact on student life on campus?
Positions that will be open for on next year’s executive board are President, Vice President of Membership, and Parliamentarian. If you don’t feel like you are ready for an executive board position, but would consider being a part of one of our committees, you can also contact Johanne Padilla. Here are some of the committees on which we can use your help in 2013-2014: Volunteer Coordinator, Hospitality, Senior Scholarship, Honorary Service Awards, Parent Education, Child Advocacy, Website, Newsletter, Reflections, Teacher Appreciation.
