
We will have amazing music from Pirates of the Caribbean, The Little Mermaid and Debussy’s La Mer (The Sea). But we need YOUR IMAGINATION to make it even more exciting! Dress in Costume!
Join in all the fun “Under the Sea” and dress up in costume! You can dress as a pirate, a mermaid, a sailor, a fish, a shark or anything else your imagination can dream up! Our Concert Needs Your Pirate Artwork! Follow the steps below to create and submit your Pirate Artwork. Then come to the concert on May 4th—you may see your artwork at the concert hall!
Create your artwork inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean Draw, paint, design, photograph and share what you imagine when listening to the music! Be sure to write your name, age and the name of the song you listened to (“Black Pearl”, “Fog Bound” or “Pirate’s Cave”) on the back of your artwork. Submit your Artwork Ask an adult to help you submit your artwork. Digital (e-mail) submission is preferred.
ALL artwork must be submitted by Friday, April 19th, 5:30pm

Please Note: Artwork cannot be returned so you may want to send a color copy if you wish to keep the original. Original artwork may be created digitally or on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Please ensure that the orientation of the image is in LANDSCAPE (horizontal) format. Mediums can include paints, charcoals, pastels, collages, graphic design and photography, among others.
We strongly encourage scanning artwork and submitting it digitally, though you may also submit artwork via US Mail. Select pictures will be shown at the concert on May 4th, 2013. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the concert or Musical Carnival. For more information please call (714) 876-2347.
