Carmen Cave, who has served on the City Council since Aliso Viejo's 2001 incorporation, will be honored for her longtime service to the community on Dec.3

The reception will give the public an opportunity to thank Cave, who led the city’s incorporation effort, for her integral role in pioneering and shaping Aliso Viejo.

The reception will be followed by a recognition during the City Council’s business meeting at City Hall.
