Tracey and Tony Dimiceli – have been teaching theatre for over 10 years. They saw their lifetime dream come true when

they opened The Center Stage Studio here in Aliso Viejo!

They feel that there is something magical about acting and singing on stage

before an audience. “To watch a student go from a timid actor to a brilliant performer

is beyond words and the best part of our program” says Tracey. CSS has classes for both

the beginning and advanced actor. Through rehearsals and performance, actors learn about the magical world of Musical Theater

including stage direction, acting, blocking, and sound queues to name a few. All rehearsals lead up to a big show performed at their own newly built theater.

Wondering where to send your kids to preschool? Alpha Tutoring has a wonderful all encompassing program. Jenia talks about the program she offers.

Preschool….

The journey to a successful academic career begins in early childhood. Statistics have proven over and over that preschool and early childhood education really makes all the difference in a child’s school success.

We focus on basic skills in language arts, phonics, letter, number and sight word recognition, math, writing, listening skills and school readiness.

We make learning fun with hands-on experiences, as well as structured time for building their attention spans and preparing them for kindergarten.

Our thematic curriculum provides weekly topics that are relevant and interesting to preschoolers. They help children understand and retain information that they discover for themselves. The curriculum provides a framework for children to build new ideas and generalizations.

Our goal is to prepare these young children for school in a fun, nurturing, safe environment. Academically, we will be introducing Letter and Number recognition and Phonics, as well as other Pre-reading and Math curriculum. Colors, Shapes, Safety and School Rules are other topics we cover to get them “school-ready”. After completing our preschool program, children will be fully prepared for kindergarten, and they will have a positive sense of themselves, their community and the environment around them.

Full Day Preschool open 7:30 m-6:00 pm

Tutoring…

. We take pride in providing a unique and individualized program which has proven itself over the last 10 years. We’ve seen amazing results in students’ grades as well as their self-esteem, their motivation and their desire to learn. We not only provide a valuable service; we aim to make a difference in the life of a child.

The concepts of Alpha have been around for almost 15 years now.

Established in 1995, Alpha Tutoring Services has been dedicated to making a difference in the life of a child through improving their educational well being. Our tutors are devoted to building up children to their fullest potential. We work with all levels and all ages, as well as special needs and learning disabled children. It is our privilege to change the world through educating children.

We begin each session with organizational tools, prioritizing work and agenda planning. Having direct, personal guidance and expert attention in each subject matter makes all the difference in truly understanding the material they are required to learn. Their skills improve, their homework gets done accurately and their grades and self-confidence rise!

We help prepare them for upcoming tests and projects, work on the difficult math concepts they are studying in the classroom, guide them through any writing activities teaching them the editing process, help work out science problems so they comprehend, teach them key concepts about their history lesson and set them up for the week’s worth of assignments they should complete on their own. We cover it all, and teach your child how to be a better student through the process.

Our tutors are highly trained in the program we provide, and we employ both licensed, certified teachers as well as college students with expertise in certain subject matter.

We have no more than two students for every teacher in our program to ensure very private, personal attention.

Other Services Alpha Tutoring Offers;

Summer School Support: Alpha Tutoring Services offers a full tutoring program over the summer. We continue to offer our regular services of individualized tutoring for skills improvement, as well as offering support of any summer school classes your child may be taking through the school district.

If your child needs to, or is required to, retake a class through the school district for summer school, we can help them get through the class with flying colors. They can come to tutoring in the afternoons and get their homework done, review concepts from class, and prepare for tests and quizzes. Summer school has an intensive, extremely fast-paced curriculum, and students that struggled during the school year could have even more challenges during a summer school class. We ensure they are learning the material thoroughly, check their progress and grades, and keep them accountable to get all of their homework done properly. The last thing you want is for your child to retake a class and fail again. We can work hard to make sure they comprehend the subject matter, get a good grade, and increase their self-confidence and self-esteem through the experience.

Skills Improvement: If your child is behind in any subject matter or wants to get ahead and be prepared for the upcoming school year, enroll them now for private tutoring. We customize your child’s tutoring session to whatever you request. We can work on one subject area, or create a combination of subjects to review for your child this summer. Choose from a variety of subject matter: Math (all levels), Reading, Writing, Study Skills, Basic Computer Word Processing, Foreign Language Review, Grammar, etc. Use the time off of school this summer to ensure your child’s success for the next school year. We assess their abilities at no additional charge to you, begin at the level they are comfortable with, and work at their pace to improve their skills. The more individual time they receive, the faster they improve. It is our joy to watch their levels increase over the summer, while they build up their self-confidence for next year.

SAT / ACT Preparation Courses: For those of you with children preparing to apply for colleges in the next year or two, any time is a good time to begin reviewing and practicing for the SAT , ACT or SAT II exams. We administer a diagnostic pretest, analyze your child’s results, hone in on their strengths and weaknesses, go over strategies and tactics, and give them plenty of review and practice to fully prepare them to take these exams. The more they understand about these tests, the greater their chances are for scoring higher on them. Summer is a great time to review, prepare and give your child the ability to take these tests with confidence.

Call Jenia now to get the best care and tutoring available for your children. Space fills up fast, so call ASAP.
