Aliso Viejo is seeking bids for the Iglesia Park Community Center Renovation project at 24671 Via Iglesia.
Bids are due to the City Clerk’s Office by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14. City Hall is located at 12 Journey, Suite 100.
The project calls for renovating the 4,100-square-foot community center building, which houses the Aliso Viejo Family Resource Center and Boys & Girls Club. The work also includes interior improvements to the restrooms, storage area, office space and open space along with possible kitchen improvements. The project includes improvements to walls, doors, windows, interior finishes, casework and specialties, plumbing, electrical and ventilation.
Bidders can obtain a copy of the “Contract Documents” for $75 from the office of the City Engineer, Public Works Department at City Hall. A $25 charge will be required of any bidder who wants the documents mailed.
