City of Aliso Viejo News: City Seeking Bids for Street Rehabilitation Project

The city is now accepting bids for the Pacific Park Drive and La Paz Road Street Rehabilitation Project. Bids are due by 2 p.m. Feb. 14 to the city clerk’s office at 12 Journey.

The roughly $855,000 project includes grinding and replacing 357,000 square feet of existing asphalt pavement. It also includes traffic loops, limited concrete work, striping and markings, traffic control, and raising utility manholes, vaults, and valve covers.  The contractor will have 40 days to complete the work.

Bidders can obtain a copy of the Contract Documents for $45 from the office of the City Engineer, Public Works Department at 12 Journey or have them mailed for $15.
