The City of Mission Viejo’s Community of Character Committee, with support from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, has been working to bring Rachel’s Challenge to the community through a series of events during the school year.
Newhart Middle School has hosted the Rachel’s Challenge program and Principal George Knights says it is a powerful program with remarkable results. “Once you start to focus on Caring and Kindness, it snowballs and students really want to make a difference.”
