Daily lane closures are necessary, and motorists can expect some traffic delays.  Efforts will be made to close lanes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but some activities may require additional hours.  Drivers are encouraged to use Aliso Viejo Parkway as an alternate route. Access to the residential areas and Town Center will remain open.
