Current Tournament Results from Saddleback Forensics Team

Saddleback College’s Forensics Team
Continues to Place High in Local Tournaments

The Saddleback College Forensics Team competed at the Tabor-Venitsky Southern California Tournament on February 17^th through the 18^th in Cerritos, California. Co-Team Director Larry Radden stated, “We feel we’re in a good spot right now as we prepare for the Regional Spring Championship tournament at Moorpark College on February 24^th through the 26^th. We will be competing against 34 of the top colleges and universities in the country. For us and the students, it’s about tweaking and refining our current speeches. We are also very excited to compete at the State and National Tournaments in mid-March and mid-April, respectively.”

Andrew Ronquillo- 1^st Place Persuasion, 1^st Place Cultural Analysis

Jordan Kay: 3^rd Place Novice Prose

Stefany Roberts- Finalist Dramatic Interpretation

Chase Englehardt- 2^nd Place Novice Programmed Oral interpretation

Emily Hanson- 1^st Place Novice Informative, Finalist Novice Prose
