New Aliso Viejo City Manager named |

Doyle comes to the City of Aliso Viejo with a wealth of experience in municipal government. He has served as Diamond Bar’s second in command for the past 13 years. Before that, he spent 18 years with the city of Manhattan, the last five as deputy city manager. Mayor Carmen Cave said Doyle’s experience will be an asset to Aliso Viejo. “What we appreciated from David as a candidate is that he had creative ideas for supporting and implementing our top goals,” she said. “I think he will complement our city and we look forward to this new chapter in Aliso Viejo’s history.” Doyle has an undergraduate degree in social ecology from the University California, Irvine and a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He has spent time working with Habitat for Humanity and enjoys surfing, traveling and cooking. Doyle, his wife and two children live in Costa Mesa. |
