The Aliso Viejo Branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley will celebrate a “Day for Kids” on Friday, September 16 by hosting a Family Movie Night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Iglesia Park Community Center, 24671 Via Iglesia.
Families and individuals are invited to bring a picnic dinner, chairs and blankets to enjoy a screening of the “Jungle Book” at 7 p.m. The event will also feature a bounce house, art projects and activities. The club will sell drinks and snacks for 50 cents to $1.
Then on Saturday, September 17, the club is teaming up with Bagels & Brew to host the “Bagels & Books” used book sale from 9 a.m. to noon. All books cost 25 cents, and if you buy a book, you’ll get a bagel.
