All-new celebration features international cuisine, wine,
local craft brews and bands
Internationally-inspired food takes center stage at SeaWorld® San Diego’s Seven Seas Food Festival kicking off May 2. Guests will be able to explore and celebrate culinary creations created by SeaWorld’s Executive Chef, Axel Dirolf. Local craft beer and California wine are perfectly paired with fresh and bold culinary creations, which features local, sustainable ingredients and unique signature flavors from around the world.
The largest hub of the festival features California fusion flavors where guests can enjoy the sounds of live bands pulled straight from the San Diego music scene. Throughout the park guests may embark on a culinary voyage around the world without leaving San Diego and enjoy diverse flavors from California, France, Nuevo Baja, Asia, Mediterranean, South America and the Caribbean. Each location features architectural facades that immerse each guest into the culinary landscape.
Environmental messaging highlighting SeaWorld’s commitment to local sustainable food, recycling and conservation will be featured in several festival locations. Guests are invited to relax in the Green Lounge — a uniquely decorated area featuring upcycled materials such as wine barrels and pallets to create conservation inspired furniture, where guests will be able to play food and conservation themed games.
SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival dates are May 2–3, 9–10, 16–17 and 23–24. All of SeaWorld’s seasonal events are included with park admission, but the best way to enjoy all the fun is to purchase a 2015 SeaWorld Fun Card, which allows guests to come back again and again, all for the price of a single-day admission!
