From helping teams get out of virtual escape rooms to online mixology events, FireFly Events has successfully shifted from in-person corporate team building events to virtual events in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and physical distancing orders.
Co-Founders James Bennett and Nadine Sandeluss, embraced the current climate companies are facing in trying to keep their employees engaged as soon as news of the pandemic spread to the United States. Their interactive virtual experiences are not like standard webinars on the market, “It’s not enough to just put something in a virtual room and expect it to be entertaining, your audience has to legitimately feel there is an opportunity to interact with the teacher, talent or performer. We are shaping our events to meet these needs,” explains Bennett.
The team with more than 16 years of experience delivered virtual experiences to Dell Technologies, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, Intel, HP, Medtronic, and Wounded Warrior earlier this spring.
