Parents are invited to learn how to help themselves and their families to eat healthier and be more active in a free nutrition class on Saturday, April 5.
The “Eat Healthy – Be Active” nutrition class is from 10 a.m. to noon at the Aliso Viejo Family Resource Center located at 24671 Via Iglesia.
The class will teach people how to build a healthy plate to help prevent obesity, diabetes and other health problems.
