Free Summer Concert featuring talented Sierra band on July 24

Date:

Get ready for an acoustic experience like no other when the talented Sierra band performs a free summer concert under the stars on Saturday, July 24 at the Potocki Center for the Arts.

The concert on the patio kicks off at 7:30 pm with this popular local band featuring Armando Nunez, Rocky Salazar and Richard Avalos.

Sierra covers an eclectic array of musical styles from Frank Sinatra to Bruno Mars with a sprinkle of salsa.  The music is played on all acoustic instruments for an energic and organic experience.

“We perform a series of romantic-mood music or kick it up with some dancing music … We aim to create the right atmosphere,” said Armando Nunez.

Seating is available on the patio with wine and beer available for purchase. Before the concert begins, patrons can peruse items from artisan vendors boasting one-of-a kind items starting at 7 pm.

All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Arts. So, mark your calendar for this fun-filled free concert and mini artisan fair under the stars at 27301 La Paz Road.
