Home buyers in Laguna Hills have a new resource for home loans advice and services. Golden 1 Credit Union celebrated the opening of its first Home Loans Center in Southern California on Jan. 10, 2020. The unveiling of the center included a ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks from Donna Bland, Golden 1 President and CEO.
The Laguna Hills Home Loans Center will serve Golden 1 members in the area and many others looking to become homeowners. With an additional Home Loans Center opening in Rancho Cucamonga last week, Golden 1 now has four Centers throughout the state.
Home Loan Advisers at the centers help members throughout the entire mortgage, refinance, or home equity loan process in a comfortable environment dedicated to home lending. This includes connecting home buyers to realtors who specialize in the local market and offering Golden 1’s Buyer Advantage Program, which provides buyers a discount on closing costs.
