If you have ever been away from home for the holidays, you know how difficult it is for families to be apart from their loved ones.
This is especially true if you are a young Marine, away from your home for the first time.
The Watershed Task Force in San Clemente is hosting their 6thannual Marine Holidays Dinner on Sunday, December 14, where the active duty services personnel who are left behind at Camp Pendleton have a chance to enjoy themselves.
They will receive some great prizes, eat an amazing turkey dinner with all the trimmings and laugh out loud at the antics of Orange County’s Funniest Housewives.
Prepared by Carbonara Trattoria, the dinner – complete with beverages and dessert, drawing tickets (every attendee gets a prize!), and entertainment by Orange County’s Funniest Housewives will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 35 Via Pico Plaza in San Clemente. A $25.00 tax-deductible donation from you will host a Marine for the evening.
