The National Parkinson Foundation Orange County Chapter is excited to announce that registration is now open for our 20th Annual Symposium. Our event will take place at The Beckman Center in Irvine on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 9 am to 3 pm. This year’s event entitled How to Live Well with Parkinson’s Disease, features a panel of speakers discussing the latest breakthroughs in Parkinson’s Disease treatment and research. A little over three years ago, the National Parkinson Foundation launched the largest clinical study of Parkinson’s disease ever conducted and the first with the primary goal of identifying and explaining factors that result in longer, better and more active lives for people with Parkinson’s. This symposium will highlight the results of their inaugural report and is designed to provide patients, families and caregivers with the latest information on Parkinson’s Disease research and how it translates into improved treatment.
Early Registration is $10 until March 15th and will be $20 from March 16th through April 14th. Please register early as seating is limited.
