
LEGOLAND® Water Park Splashes Into Fall
LEGOLAND® Water Park, the world’s first LEGO® themed interactive Water Park is extending its operating calendar through October 31, 2010. In September, the Water Park is open Friday through Monday and Saturdays and Sundays in October from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The 5.5 acre Water Park features Build-A-Raft River, where guests customize rafts using soft LEGO bricks; Imagination Station where kids control the flow of water; a family raft slide, single-person tube slides and hands-on toddler areas. LEGOLAND Water Park is a $12 upgrade from the standard LEGOLAND California admission for guests 3 and up, children ages 1 – 2 are $3. Special offers found at www.LEGOLAND.com.
LEGOLAND® Hosts LEGO® Games Summer Tour
The LEGO® Games Summer Tour has been rolling across the nation all summer long and LEGOLAND® California is the final stop of the year! On September 25 and 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the LEGO Games team invites LEGOLAND guests to participate in life-sized adaptations of LEGO Games including family favorites Minotaurus and Creationary – constructible board games that allow families to literally create and customize their own gaming experiences by building the game, switching up the dice and changing the rules to make each game experience new and different. Brick-or-Treat Halloween Events
LEGOLAND® California’s Brick-or-Treat celebration is bigger and better than ever with safe trick-or-treating on two Brick-or-Treat trails, a new Halloween musical, Hubble Bubble’s dance party, entertainment with the “Boo Crew” and a giant LEGO® jack-o-lantern! Brick-or-Treat happens Oct. 2 & 3, 9 & 10, 16 & 17, 23 & 24, 30 and 31. The popular Brick-or-Treat Party Nights returns Saturdays from 5 to 9 p.m. featuring nighttime brick-or-treating, costume contests, live music and entertainment. LEGO® Universe Experience
On October 9, the LEGO® Club House at LEGOLAND® California is unveiled as the LEGO Universe Experience. Here, guests are immersed in LEGO Universe, the first Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG) based on the LEGO play experience. The Club House has undergone an extreme makeover to look like a scene straight out of the game, which takes players through creative worlds completing challenging missions to help save imagination. The LEGO Universe Experience at LEGOLAND California features more than a dozen PC stations where guests will explore the LEGO Universe as they unravel the game’s storyline. During the launch party guests will experience the game before it’s available to the public and help build a giant LEGO Universe mosaic. The first 5,000 guests receive a commemorative LEGO Universe brick.
