Parent and students,
As you know Prom is this Saturday, June 5th at the Long Beach Convention Center.
Here are a few things to remember:
1. All students who purchased online must turn in a behavior contact by break tomorrow June 4th. You will not be admitted in the dance without a behavior contract.
2. All Capistrano Valley students must bring their current school ID card and guest must bring a photo ID. Students and guest will not be admitted in the dance without an ID card.
3. Inappropriate conduct/dancing (i.e. freaking) will result in the removal from the dance and possible further disciplinary action. If inappropriate conduct/dancing (i.e. freaking) is widespread the music will be turned off for a period of time and or the dance may be ended. Students who are dismissed from dance will not be permitted to the 2010 Homecoming dance.
4. Dress code will be enforced. If you have any questions regarding dress code please go to cvhs.com and see examples on the Activities tab.
5. The dance begins at 8:00PM and ends at 12:00AM. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 9:30 PM UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR AND NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE DANCE BEFORE 10:30PM. Students/guest must be picked up no later that 12:15 am.
