
A Life-Affirming Reason to Celebrate – 30 Years of Granting Wishes:
Tustin, Calif. — In celebration of granting 30 years of wishes, Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire announces its inaugural gala, “Evening of Wishes,” Friday, Oct. 26, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach.
The night promises to bring unforgettable memories and incredible opportunities through live and silent auctions featuring exclusive gift packages. More than a few surprises are planned for guests throughout the evening, including a special wish experience, and testimonials from former wish children from the past 30 years, sharing the strength, hope and joy that a wish fulfilled can bring.
“I can’t think of a better way to commemorate our 30th anniversary than to celebrate these brave children whom we have been able to help,” said Stephanie McCormick, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire.
In addition, Make-A-Wish America co-founder, Frank Shankwitz, will be in attendance as special guest speaker. Entertainment will include the award winning music of Haute Chili.
