City of Mission Viejo, Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge will be hosting a free eye screening to help prevent permanent blindness from lazy eye (amblyopia) and death from eye cancer.
The screenings are for children 6 months to 5 years. They are non-invasive, PAINLESS and fun using a camera to take a picture of the child’s eyes. No eye drops required.
One in three children start school every year with undetected vision problems that will affect their learning, yet only 3.3% get a professional screening. Most of these problems can be found before they get into school. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your child tested. It’s all free and no appointment is necessary.
