The OC Animal Care Center contacted the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center this week asking for help as the facility faces capacity with its dog population.
During these unique times, the County shelter’s adoption rate is slower than usual. When the facility received three tiny Chihuahuas from a family who lost their jobs and could no longer care for them, County staff started looking for assistance.
In these difficult times, we’re doing our part to lend a hand to our fellow agencies and the public.
The three Chihuahua’s named Penne, Gnocchi, and Rigatoni are now in our care and will soon be available for adoption.
