The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking an exceptionally well-qualified Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to install and remove City banners at 356 locations in the City.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:
No Pre-Proposal Meeting. All areas are public access; locations are provided in Exhibit G. Contractor must familiarize themselves with all logistical and equipment requirements at and around the locations of the work to be performed.

All questions or clarifications shall be submitted via email to Dorna Farhadi, Senior Management Analyst at dfarhadi@cityoflagunaniguel.org no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 18, 2018. The City will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018.
