Starting March 14th, 2010, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) will reduce bus service throughout the county due to a loss of state funding and declining sales tax revenue.
According to OCTA, the changes were necessary in order to try to serve the greatest number of passengers and provide the most efficient bus service possible with limited resources.
