The Ocean Institute is pleased to announce that it has enhanced its online store to help support its educational programs. The online store is an extension of the Institute’s gift shop, Laurena G. Chambers Gallery, which offers a variety of unique maritime and ocean-themed books, puzzles, jewelry, home decor and apparel.
“We are pleased to offer our distinctive products to a wider audience,” stated Debbie Franks, Manager of the Chambers Gallery. “Our store is a treasure trove of alluring items for all ages – things you typically won’t find elsewhere.”
In conjunction with the expanded online shopping features, the Ocean Institute is offering Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals for guests:
• Black Friday Deals – On Friday, November 26, 2010 in-store guests will receive a 20% discount on all purchases and a free Ocean Institute canvas tote (limited quantity; available on a first-come, first-served basis; discount cannot be combined with other offers).
• Cyber Monday Deals – On Monday, November 29, 2010 online shoppers will receive a 10% discount and free shipping. Use coupon code “112910” at checkout.
