Shark Night

September 18, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Guest speaker Rodney Fox will talk about his appreciation and understanding of great white sharks through his own experience and research.

On December 8, 1963, Fox was viciously attacked around his chest and hand by a great white shark! He suffered near fatal wounds which required extensive surgery and 452 stitches. Join us for an evening with Mr. Fox, as he discusses his 50 years as a filmmaker, leading conservationist in protecting wildlife and the environment.

Ernie Brooks Art Exhibit

September 19, 6:30pm

Join us for a special evening at the House of Photographic Art in San Juan Capistrano featuring the work of famed underwater photographer Ernie Brooks. Enjoy over 70 of his spectacular photos and meet the artist in person.

This event is hosted by the Sand Dollar Guild. All proceeds benefit the Ocean Institute.
$40 per person.
