The Ocean Institute will present its final Family Science Night for 2014 on Tuesday, August 19, 6 – 8 p.m. Topic: Backyard Birds in your Neighborhood.
Trude Hurd, Director of Education at The Sea and Sage Audubon Center, will explore the common birds of Orange County and some of the not-so-common birds and learn how we can get involved in projects to help protect birds and keep them safe.
