The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is conducting a series of workshops to seek public input on the proposed 2016 Bus Service Plan which, if approved, could impact bus routes serving Laguna Niguel residents.

The Proposed 2016 Draft Bus Service Plan is designed to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall bus system by adding, increasing, reducing and/or eliminating services. For Laguna Niguel, this means the elimination of route 87 and reduced service along routes 82 and 85.
