“Nutcracker” designed for kids 5-11
Visions of sugarplums will dance in your head during Tchaikovsky’s delightful “Nutcracker” ballet, when the musicians of Pacific Symphony share the stage with the enchanted ballerinas from Festival Ballet Theatre, who bring this beloved Christmas tale of the prince and Clara to life.
The classic battle between the Mouse King and the Nutcracker has children on the edge of their seats as Tchaikovsky’s memorable music, performed live by the orchestra, fills the air with wonder. Then the dancers twirl and glide across the stage to the renowned “Waltz of the Flowers” and the enchanting “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy.” It’s a treasured holiday tradition you and your children (or grandchildren) won’t want to miss!
