OF HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL ON PRIME TICKET
10-Game Regular Season Schedule Highlights Local Schools and Athletic Programs;
‘High School Spotlight Preview’ Show Airs Wednesday, August 26 at 9PM
Oaks Christian at Alemany Kicks-Off Schedule on Friday, September 4
Los Angeles – PRIME TICKET, in partnership with the CIF-Southern Section, announces the “High School Football Game of the Week” selections for the 2009 regular season.
Kicking-off the 10-game schedule on September 4, Alemany hosts Oaks Christian at 8:00 PM on FOX Sports West. Analyst John Jackson and play-by-play announcer Chris McGee return to the booth for their third season together, while PRIME TICKET welcomes Sideline Reporter, Courtney Jones to each telecast.
Following each telecast, PRIME TICKET will offer game recaps and scores from around Southern California with the “High School Scoreboard” report. Hosted by Sean Farnham from site, both Jackson and McGee will provide input and preview the upcoming “Game of the Week” matchup.
Away from the field, PRIME TICKET and FOX Sports West will offer a three minute “High School Spotlight” feature that will highlight notable performances and matchups from the current week. The features will run for 30-weeks during select professional team-partner broadcasts on the two regional sports networks.
Prior to the season on Wednesday, August 26th at 9PM on PRIME TICKET, the “High School Spotlight Preview Show” will showcase both offensive and defensive players to watch around the Southland. Shot on the campus of Oaks Christian and the Home Depot Center, the half-hour show also features Lakewood, High School Quarterback, Jesse Scroggins and Newport Harbor High School Linebacker, Cecil Whiteside.
