Red, White and Dine – Wine Extravaganza 2012
Benefiting Make-A-Wish®
Kaleidoscope Center
Tickets Now Available, Register Online
Mission Viejo, CA – Wednesday, August 15 will be an evening of starry skies, petite cuisine, and fine wine at Kaleidoscope’s second annual Red, White and Dine – Wine Extravaganza, but the true delight of the evening is the reason behind it. Net proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish® Orange County and the Inland Empire, an organization that grants wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
“We are so pleased and appreciative of Kaleidoscope for leading the efforts on this event that will help make the wishes of children in our community who are battling life-threatening medical conditions a reality,” said Rebecca Kwait, Assistant Development Manager Make-A-Wish® Orange County and the Inland Empire.
Tickets are $50 per person, $85 per couple, $20 for a designated driver ticket, and may be purchased at http://gokaleidoscope.com. Kaleidoscope is located at 27741 Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo.
Approximately 18 boutique and renowned wineries will feature a wide array of their finest wines while Kaleidoscope center restaurants will pair and share some of their best hors d’ oeuvres and finger foods. The event, co-sponsored by Salt Creek Wine Co., will also have live music. Each guest will receive a commemorative wine tasting glass. Event guests will also receive a raffle ticket for an opportunity to win a custom-made diamond bracelet sponsored by Petra Fine Jewelry valued at $2,000. Participating center restaurants include Buffalo Wild Wing, Rocco’s Pizzeria, Maui Grill, Islands, and Yogurtland. Donna B’s bakery will be providing sweet treats.
“Kaleidoscope is an integral part of the community and is committed to helping bring focus to critical community-wide causes by hosting events dedicated to saving lives,” said Lauran Roberson, Director of Marketing for Kaleidoscope Center.
Last month, Kaleidoscope held California’s first-ever corporate-hosted American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Ladera Ranch and in June the center hosted an event focusing on youth drug awareness and overdose prevention with a preview of the powerful short-length documentary film Overtaken.
