The City Council recently authorized staff to proceed with the replacement of playground equipment at Reef View Node Park.
The project will cost approximately $75,000 and was awarded to R.E. Schultz Construction who was the low bidder on the project. Construction is scheduled to begin on February 15th and should be completed within 30-45 days.

This shredding event will give you the opportunity to have confidential
documents destroyed on site, free of charge.
Now is the time to safely
discard unwanted vital paperwork, including:
personal documents
old tax records
cancelled checks
credit card offers & statements
billing statements
medical paperwork
paycheck stubs
legal documents
Please remove notebooks, folders, binding clips, or any type of heavy
metal clasp before bringing your items to be shredded. There is no need
to remove staples or standard paper clips. Due to the capacity of the
shredding trucks, there will be a daily limit of 10 banker boxes, plastic
bags, or paper bags, per car load.
