REGISTRATION OPEN FOR ORANGE COUNTY YOUTH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUES

Date:

The United States Youth Volleyball League (USYVL) announced that regular registration for the spring 2019 season is open. USYVL will host over 70 instructional volleyball leagues throughout the country this upcoming spring to provide boys and girls ages 7-15 the opportunity to learn and play volleyball in a fun, safe, and supervised environment.

The eight-week instructional volleyball leagues provide participants training twice per week designed to teach basic volleyball skills in a positive environment. Each program is structured around the principles of participation, teamwork, skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. Practices and games operate in a coed format and offer participants the opportunity to develop self-esteem and confidence.

The Orange County youth volleyball leagues will run in Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, and San Clemente from April 1 – June 8, 2019, on various weekdays 6 – 7 PM and Saturdays 9 – 10 AM at various locations in Orange County.  To register to locate a USYVL program in your area go to www.usyvl.org.

USYVL is a volunteer organization built around community involvement. Under the direction of the USYVL National Office, Site Directors, Clinicians (volleyball instructors), volunteers assist with coaching, equipment set-up, and administrative duties. Leagues offer multiple opportunities for parents to be actively involved in the success of the program. Individuals interested in volunteering with USYVL can click on the “Get Involved” section of our website for more information.
