CARPOOL e-BULLETIN BOARD
To help connect families with transportation needs, SJHHS will again provide CARPOOL e-BULLETINS this school year.
These e-bulletins are in the form of periodic emails with information about families needing or offering carpool help.
New Carpool Requests:
Ladera Ranch: Have junior boy. looking for carpool for 0 period and regular end time. It’s easier for me to pick up in afternoons than take in the morning. We live near Antonio & ONeill. Email rzbaker@aol.com
Ladera Ranch: Have a freshman with normal start (7:54 am) every day; normal finish M & F; late finish (5:00 pm) on T, W, Th due to softball practice. Live in Ladera Ranch; cross streets are O’Neil & Narrow Canyon. Would like to find other families that would be interested in carpooling. Ladera Ranch: I am presently doing carpool with another parent, we are trying to share the ride to/from the high school during the am and/or afternoon. We live near Sklar and Hydrangea. Ladera Ranch: Have a Sophomore (normal start and runs cross country) Practice usually is out by 3:30-4. Cross streets are Avendale and Antonio, close to Founders Park. Laguna Niguel: Our son is a freshman with regular starting time (no 0 period). Would be interested in morning carpool (sharing responsibility – alternating weeks???). Capistrano Beach: Kanhaiya is a freshman he has a regular schedule, periods 1 – 6. He needs a ride to and from school daily. We live on Calle Portola near the Camino de los Mares exit on I-5. I am happy to pay towards gas weekly. I have a contractor schedule and my schedule changes weekly, therefore I am asking for consistent help but won’t need it every day, I am also very happy to reciprocate when available. San Clemente: (Ola Vista/West Ave. de los Lobos Marinos) Freshman boy has 1-6 schedule, which may change if he gets on the surf team. I can pick-up from school at 3:45-4pm daily, so kids can do homework in library or can drive in the morning daily on non-surf days, or am daily if he is not on the surf team. Am looking for Monday afternoon driver (early out day), and someone to share the remaining driving days with either am or pm. We are flexible in trying to find a way to work out the carpool. Compose an email that contains information about where you live, when (times and days) you want to carpool, and contact information
Send your email to the Carpool List Manager at gilajones247@gmail.com
Your information/request will be sent to the list within a few days
It is your responsibility to directly contact the individual listed if you’re interested in a carpool with them
The carpool notices posted in the CARPOOL e-BULLETINS are provided only as a service to SJHHS families. No guarantee is offered or implied that the listed individuals are licensed to drive, have safe vehicles, or are otherwise suitable carpool partners. If you choose to arrange a carpool with someone who has posted a notice here, you’re responsible for determining whether the situation is likely to be safe and appropriate for your family members. Ask questions — a responsible driver will probably welcome your concern.
