Always, always use your leave-in conditioners on a daily basis. Most women color their hair and when out at the beach or pool the color seems to fade quickly. That is where the leave-in conditioners come in handy.
By using haircare products with sunscreen, you are free to enjoy the sun. Hats are an option when laying in the sun for hours, but you do not have to slave to your hair. You have beautiful color and a beautiful cut so show it off, don’t keep it undercover.
Always wet your hair down before going in a swimming pool.The water works as a barrier against all the chemicals in our swimming pools. Then as soon as you are done with the pool, rinse, rinse, rinse.
Once a week, do a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioner to remove any build up of chemicals, medications, hairspray or other haircare products.
As we get older, our hair and skin need a lot more care. Use it or lose it.
