5th Annual Dana Point 5th Marines Support Group Combat Golf Tournament

Golf with a real American hero, or sponsor one on Monday, June 2, 2014 at the Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group for the most fun you’ll ever have at a golf tournament!
Sidestep “snipers”, tiptoe through “minefields” and obstacle courses, dodge helicopter-dropped balls and finish the day off with a fabulous dinner at the Awards Ceremony at the challenging Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, 26772 Avery Pkwy, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
Proceeds from the Combat Golf Tournament go to the Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group to provide care and comfort for military personnel who are deployed and to take care of their families back home at Camp Pendleton.
Registration for the golf scramble format starts at 9:00 AM. The Tournament begins at 11:00 AM, but come early and test your marksmanship at the pre-tournament on-course games. Pick the winning ball numbers in the Helicopter Ball Drop for fantastic prizes. Relax with your friends and enjoy the Awards Ceremony Dinner and great raffle prizes.
Golfer or not, buy a chance on our Helicopter Ball Drop at $10.00 per ball number to win a three-night, four-day all-inclusive luxury stay at the Marival Residences and World Spa Riviera Nayarit in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, including airfare for two.
Can’t make the Tournament or want to bring a guest for the evening’s events? You’re welcome to come for the Awards Ceremony and dinner. Even better, sponsor a Marine to play in the tournament and attend the evening festivities.
Spots are selling out fast so if you want to play, better bogie on over to the website to register at
www.danapoint5thmarines.com or call their Hotline at 949-500 – 4951.
Tickets are $195.00 per person and include a day of golf and the Awards Dinner.
Ball Drop tickets are extra.
The Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group (DPMRSG) is comprised of citizens who reside in the Dana Point area that willingly devote substantial time and talent to achieve goals that will benefit active duty 5th Marine Regiment Personnel and their families.
