Free Healthy Communication Workshop October 25

The Aliso Viejo Family Resource Center is teaming up with Miracles For Families to host the Healthy Communication Workshop on Thursday, October 25.

The free workshop is from 9 to 11 a.m. at the city’s Family Resource Center at 24671 Via Iglesia. The workshop is designed to help individuals, parents, couples and youth to strengthen their relationships while reducing their stress at home and work.

Topics will include the secret of listening; the art of communication; fighting fair; getting the respect you deserve; expressing feelings and emotions; healing and forgiveness; and handling anger constructively. The workshop will provide people with relationship education tools and will help men, women and youth to recognize the differences between unhealthy and healthy communication at home.
